a) Please notify Dare Wolf of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Dare Wolf shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;
b) Products should be “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
c) Dare Wolf will notify You regarding the return of the damaged/defective product and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within three (3) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Dare Wolf
d) We recommend customers record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This helps us resolve any issues like damage, missing items, or incorrect products quickly. In case of such concerns, sharing the unboxing video will help us process your request faster.
