Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the User

In the case of order cancellation requests, Dare Wolf reserves the right to accept or reject such requests for any reason whatsoever. As part of standard business practice, if Dare Wolf receives a cancellation request and the order has not yet been processed or approved, Dare Wolf will cancel the order and refund the full amount within a reasonable period of time.

However, Dare Wolf will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Dare Wolf retains the sole right to determine whether an order has been processed. By placing an order, you agree not to dispute Dare Wolf’s decision and accept the final status regarding cancellation.

Cancellation by Dare Wolf

There may be certain orders that Dare Wolf is unable to accept and must cancel. Dare Wolf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.

Situations that may result in cancellation include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-availability of the product or requested quantity
  • Non-availability of services
  • Errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information
  • Issues identified by Dare Wolf’s credit or fraud prevention department

Dare Wolf may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If your order is cancelled (either fully or partially), or if additional information is required, Dare Wolf will contact you.

If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (e.g., credit card).

Note: Promo codes used during purchase are non-refundable in case of order cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or Dare Wolf.

Bulk Orders

Dare Wolf reserves the right to cancel any order that is classified as a "Bulk Order" based on its internal criteria. Any Dare Wolf cash or promo code used for such orders will not be refunded as per this policy.

An order may be classified as a "Bulk Order" under the following conditions (not exhaustive):

a) Products are ordered for commercial resale rather than personal use
b) Multiple orders are placed for the same product at the same address
c) Large quantities of the same product are ordered
d) Invalid or incomplete address details are provided
e) Any misuse or malpractice is identified in placing the order
