Returns

All products sold on www.darewolf.shop are sourced from reliable manufacturers and suppliers. They are guaranteed to be genuine, new, and subject to strict quality control. However, in rare cases beyond our control, you may receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

We offer a 14-Day Full Satisfaction Policy, which allows you to request a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via:

Upon receiving your request, Darewolf will verify the complaint. If the issue is found to be genuine, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a) You must notify Darewolf within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return request.

b) The product must be new and unused, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

c) Once the return is approved, the product must be shipped within 3 days using a reliable courier service. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed as per Darewolf’s policy.

d) The product must be returned with original packaging, including tags, labels, barcodes, invoice, and any accompanying materials.

e) The return package should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

f) All returned products are subject to quality inspection and verification before approval of refund or replacement.

Return / Exchange – Unboxing Video Requirement

We recommend customers record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This helps us resolve any issues like damage, missing items, or incorrect products quickly. In case of such concerns, sharing the unboxing video will help us process your request faster

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method.

  • Online Payments: Refund will be processed within 7–21 working days to the original payment source or via cheque, depending on the situation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via cheque.
  • Promo Codes: Any promo code used during purchase will not be refunded in case of cancellation or return.

Important Note

  • Please check the package at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and inform Darewolf immediately.
  • Darewolf reserves the right to restrict returns based on product category or misuse of the return policy.
  • In cases of fraudulent or baseless complaints, Darewolf may take appropriate legal action, and the customer will be liable for any associated costs.
