7. Return & Refund Policy

Customers must:

  • Return the product within 3 days after approval
  • Use reliable courier services
  • Share courier receipt (charges will be reimbursed)

7.2 Refunds

  • Online payments: Refunded within 7–21 working days
  • COD orders: Refund via cheque
  • Promo codes are non-refundable

Please check the package before accepting delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery and inform customer support immediately.
