These Terms of Offer for Sale (“Terms”) are between Dazra Fashions d/b/a Darewolf (hereinafter referred to as “Dazra Fashions” or “Darewolf”) and the users of the website (“You”, “Your”, or “User”). These Terms govern the sale and purchase of goods and services, including the redemption of vouchers/coupons (“Vouchers”), through the website www.darewolf.shop

2.2 Shipping is provided as per company policy, which may be updated without prior notice.

2.3 Product prices may be equal to or lower than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), and all statutory declarations will be provided as required by law.

3.2 You confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.

3.3 Refunds for services are not provided unless there is an error directly attributable to Darewolf.

4. Pricing Information

4.1 Darewolf strives to offer competitive pricing but does not guarantee the lowest price.

4.2 In case of pricing or product information errors, Darewolf reserves the right to cancel or modify orders and will notify you accordingly. Refunds will be processed if applicable.

5. Payment Details

Darewolf is not responsible for unauthorized transactions.

6. Delivery of Products

  • Shipping address and PIN code will be verified before order confirmation
  • If the location is not serviceable, you will be asked to provide an alternate address
  • Darewolf is not responsible for non-delivery due to unserviceable locations

Darewolf does not offer international shipping. Orders can be placed globally, but delivery must be within India.

If multiple products are ordered in a single transaction, they will be shipped to one address. For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed.

7. Return & Refund Policy

7.1 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original condition
  • Report damage/defect within 48 hours of delivery
  • Return products with original packaging, tags, and invoice

7.2 Refunds

  • Online payments: Refunded within 7–21 working days
  • COD orders: Refund via cheque
  • Promo codes are non-refundable

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 By Customer

  • Cancellation is allowed only before order processing
  • Processed orders cannot be cancelled

8.2 By Darewolf

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Fraud concerns

Refunds will be issued if payment has been made.

8.3 Bulk Orders

Darewolf reserves the right to cancel bulk orders. Orders may be classified as bulk if:

  • Multiple orders placed for the same product

  • Invalid address or suspicious activity

Darewolf’s liability is limited to the refund amount paid by the customer. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
